This initiative is aimed at helping us to uncover amazing, talented people for open roles as well as enabling us to connect with prospective companies who seek outstanding talent for their organizations.
Building a Thriving Talent Community: Bamboo Crowd has always been committed to fostering a collaborative environment where talented professionals can thrive and grow. Our referral program is an extension of this commitment, providing our community with an avenue to actively contribute to the growth of Bamboo Crowd while being rewarded for their efforts.
How the Referral Program Works: The process is simple. For introductions to individuals or organizations that are in need of top-tier talent across digital, design, and innovation or to talented people who are looking for their next role just make an introduction cc'ing a Bamboo Crowd team member and we'll take care of the rest! We'll also keep you updated along the way.
Celebrating Success and Rewarding Contributions: We pay $500 for every client introduction* plus 10% of 1st years client revenue. For talent referrals we pay $500 for anyone we successfully place into a new role.
Recent payouts have been $6500 for an introduction to a Series A Startups, $3000 for an introduction to a Fintech Startup, and $16000 for an introduction to a Management Consultancy.
