About the role
They are going through an exciting change and combining forces in their design team to form a collaborative team with multidisciplinary experiences to work on end-to-end products and experiences throughout their platform's ecosystem. You will be managing teams of designers (4-8 people) to frame projects and support the elevation, as well as advocating for design and its impact on products.
About your background and skills
- Must have at least 3 years of management experience, directing designers in particular
- 7+ years experience working in product design or related.
- Exposure to financial services, wealth management, or larger B2B enterprise products.
- Plus if you have agency experience.
- Knowledge of marketing/CRM product experience
- Must be based and authorized to work in the United States
Compensation and benefits
$170,000 - $215,000
