WHAT DO YOU CHARGE
We understand that early-stage startups need flexibility when it comes to managing run rate and cashflow. Our pricing is tiered starting at 15% to 25% based on your stage. For Seed stage startups we offer 15% for Individual Contributor roles and 17.5% for Leadership hires, defined as a hire that has direct reports. We offer both contingent and retained search for founding hires.
HOW DO YOU FIND TALENT
We go much further than other recruiters in finding the right talent. We have our core platform, which has hundreds of thousands of candidates. But every founding search is unique. We therefore build candidate decks, recruiting assets, social posts, referral programs, and unique content & campaigns to expand our reach and engage passive talent. We also actively source and headhunt to build engagement and excitement in your opportunity. Suffice to say we do not rely on a database to help you make your most important hires.
HOW DO YOU MATCH
This is where we shine. We vet talent on video against clear screening criteria and frameworks we design against your roles and culture. Don't waste your time meeting talent that hasn't been vetted first. We have been told that we've saved hundreds of hours of time for our clients by conducting screening calls on their behalf.
