About the role

As the first Staff Full Stack Engineer (Mobile), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the mobile user experience from the ground up. You'll lead the development of scalable, high-performance mobile applications using React Native, Node.js, Next.js, AWS, and MySQL, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into seamless technical solutions.

Your responsibilities will include driving the mobile app’s architecture, optimizing code consistency, ensuring top-tier performance, and providing leadership to junior engineers. You'll be hands-on in creating a responsive app while continuously improving our tech stack and adopting best practices.

About your background and skills

Seeking an experienced mobile developer with a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. You have 8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years of hands-on expertise in React Native. Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVC), and state management libraries (Redux/MobX), you excel at building scalable, reliable, and high-performance apps.

You bring strong problem-solving skills, a focus on quality, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. Bonus if you have experience with native iOS/Android development, AWS services, or serverless architecture like AWS Lambda.
