About the role

As the Partnerships Lead, you will drive growth by building and managing relationships with key partners. You will identify and secure partnerships with influential brands and creators, and develop strategies to enhance partner engagement and collaboration. This involves developing strong relationships with designers, artists, and brands, and aligning partnership opportunities with business goals for long-term success. You will negotiate partnerships and manage ongoing relationships to ensure mutual benefits. Working closely with internal teams, you will align partnership efforts with overall business strategy, while monitoring and analyzing performance to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

About your background and skills

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field. They possess strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a track record of securing and managing successful partnerships. Candidates should be strategic thinkers with excellent communication skills and a passion for the creative and retail industries. Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment is a plus. Compensation: $160-180k, based in NYC.
