Scouts program
actually work
Our Scouts make introductions to companies hiring or talent looking for new roles.

We take care of the rest and keep you fully updated on progress with new clients. Some of our scouts have even supported us on searches - which we welcome!

For companies hiring, either a flat 15% of client revenue for the first year or apply a 15% discount to the client.

For talent introduced that we place in a role within 12 months a flat 15% of the fee.

We keep you updated on progress from start to finish and about placements made. Revenue is paid at the point of transaction within 15 days.

We offer everything our clients need to scale with the right talent under one-roof.

Contingent - Access a pool of vetted talent delivered by sector-specialists. Rates at 15-25% depending on the stage of startup.

Retained - Make mission-critical hires & guarantee talent success, delivered by our Partners. Rates at 15-25% with 30% paid up-front depending on the stage of startup.

Embedded - Grow fast with embedded talent acquisition that you can scale up and down depending on your needs. $105-$115 per hour per recruiter + $5K-$7.5K per placement depending on the stage of startup.

Contract - Available talent on demand, both onshore and nearshore, to help you test, build, launch, & scale. Flat 25% margin on top of contractor rate. We handle all paperwork & payroll.

LATAM - Scale nearshore capabilities and teams through an embedded talent partner you can trust. Flat 15% Contingent or between $9K-$18K per month for Embedded teams hiring between 5-60.

The Scout program has one clear purpose in mind: To build a trusted community of people who understand the pain point of hiring and want to connect companies and talent with an experienced and authentic partner.

How do I know if a referral was successful?

We keep you updated through the process. When we sign terms you'll get a notification, when we're working on a role you'll receive details, and when we close the role you'll also get notified. 

Revenue is paid at the point of transaction within 15 days.

What's the typical timeline?

From the day of a referral to a role being placed is normally about 60 days. You can typically expect to start earning revenue from 60-90 days from the point of referral. 

How do I make introductions?

Very simply just introduce us over email to a company hiring or an individual looking for a new role and we'll take care of the rest.
