Insights practitioners utilize market research and customer insights to provide useful information and analysis that helps organizations better serve their customers. They collect, analyze and interpret customer data to identify problems and trends, develop plans to address customer needs, design product and service improvements, evaluate and communicate customer feedback, segment target markets, forecast sales potential for new products and services, track results of campaigns and monitor customer satisfaction levels.
