People in customer success roles are responsible for the success of a company's customers, ensuring that customer needs are met and that their satisfaction with the product or service is maintained. This includes tasks such as onboarding customers, managing customer relations, handling customer support queries, monitoring customer usage data and usage patterns, training users on product features and understanding customer feedback to improve the product or service. They may also monitor key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas of improvement or potential opportunities.
