Service Designers
Service design is a creative process of designing and developing services to meet customer needs. A service designer’s main responsibility is to understand user needs and develop products that address those needs. This involves researching, prototyping, testing, validating and iterating on solutions.
Service Designers are highly creative and have strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate their ideas clearly and listen effectively to feedback. A great service designer should also be able to empathize with users and be aware of how their designs impact different user types.
Bamboo Crowd has over 10 years of experience recruiting service designers in corporates, public sector and government organizations, startups, agencies, charities, and consultancies, from entry-level practitioners to VP's of Service Design.
