They analyze data as well as conduct interviews with potential customers to gain insight into their needs, wants, and goals. This includes researching topics on customer surveys, focus groups, interviews with customers, usability tests, product reviews, data analysis and more. They also analyze this data to identify patterns that can be used to improve products and services.
