I've been at Bamboo Crowd since 2021 and joined as a Coordinator. Over the years I've been able to grow my skills and craft in recruiting, relationship building, and community management. With a passion for people I am also growing out my skills and learning in human resources & culture.

With over 5 years under my belt at Bamboo Crowd I've been able to build a sustainable and fast-growing desk in strategy + design. It's been an incredibly fun, exciting, and ever evolving rollercoaster ride full of laughs and growth and it's been amazing to receive so much support day-to-day.

I initially started here with a background in the the Salesforce ecosystem and the team has helped me grow immensely valuable skills and insight into technical recruitment. I now drive recruiting into data & AI, which is a huge passion of mine, and I'm excited to continue to scale the team.
