About the role

Working alongside internal consulting teams, the Senior Creative Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams of designers, creatives and digital experts. They will craft powerful stories, delivering creative and strategic design solutions for end clients - transforming complex ideas into brilliant design experiences. They will provide creative and design thought leadership to senior stakeholders, and they will be an active member of the global creative leadership team.

 

About your background and skills

You will have experience working in a marketing services agency (or within a similar in-house creative agency) where you have lead multidisciplinary teams of designers, creatives and digital experts. You will have experience working across design and creative disciplines, online and offline, with experience experimenting with the latest tools and AI. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, and you will be someone that can turn complex ideas into simple and intuitive experiences.
