About the role

As a Senior Strategy Director, you will lead multiple client account workstreams, directing and motivating project teams to produce consistently exceptional transformation strategies with tangible, long-lasting business impact. You will deliver powerful presentations to senior client stakeholders, creating buy-in and establishing trusted advisor relationships. Mastery across multiple strategic methodologies and offerings is essential, along with the ability to drive internal fluency and external recognition in key strategic domains. You'll lead the development of innovative strategic thinking and methodologies, manage resourcing and freelance talent, and develop assignment scopes, staffing plans, and budgets to ensure consistent profit margins.

Additionally, you'll nurture and lead long-lasting senior client relationships, driving sustained account growth and achieving annual new business goals. You'll play a significant role in business reputation development through thought leadership and industry engagement. Managing and mentoring multiple team members, developing talent growth strategies, and contributing to a diverse talent pipeline are key aspects of the role. You will also educate the broader team on new methodologies and tools and collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement key business and culture initiatives.
