About the role

As the Senior Production Director, you will concurrently lead and manage up to four client projects, directing internal project teams through key task dissemination, role assignment, and overall project management. You will build actionable and sustainable project plans with time-bound deliverables, ideate, and collaborate to develop compelling work products. Managing and reviewing resourcing and freelance talent against project needs, tracking project-related costs, and delivering powerful client presentations to build trust and approvals are key aspects of this role. You will identify and solve project-related challenges, manage third-party contractors, and ensure projects are delivered within the set budget.

In addition to project management, you will build and maintain deep client relationships, shifting from a transactional to a partnership-based model. You will identify organic growth opportunities, develop proposals, and help drive annual revenue targets. Analyzing monthly profitability reports, monitoring key business performance metrics, and developing strategies to maximize operational efficiency are crucial. You will also participate in new business opportunities, present proposals, and ensure projects are profitable.

About your background and skills

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in leading production roles with exceptional project management and client relationship skills. Experience in managing multiple client projects, developing sustainable project plans, and handling project-related costs and resources is essential. Candidates should excel in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue targets. Strong analytical skills to monitor business performance metrics and develop strategies for operational efficiency are crucial. Experience in mentoring team members, developing a diverse talent pipeline, and fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment is key to success in this role.

Compensation and benefits
